Dauvergne et Ranvier don't own vines vines but partner with winemakers who own their vineyards and use D&V's know-how, acquired over more than thirty years of work in multiple wine regions and with numerous winemakers. From the winemakers they choose the grapes that will make up their cuvees and support the producers throughout the year sharing ideas with them. At harvest time, they help determine the right harvest date and guide the cellar vinifications, buying and providing oak barrels for wine ageing free to the winemakers.
